hi hello
long time no see
how is everyone? does anybody even still follow me here? do people even still use this site, like is it even worth being active on anymore?
Might possibly maybe try to post art here again, not sure. Most of what I make right now is sketchdumps and there's not a great way to post those here aside from combining them all into one big canvas, I suppose. If anyone is reading this and I'm not just shouting into a void, would y'all be interested in that?
Also yes, I DID finally change my icon after not changing it for (checks notes) fifteen years. People used to tell me, pretty often, that it was not epilepsy-friendly and I just didn't care because I was a dumbass, and then I stopped using DA enough to really think about it, but now that I'm logged in and poking around I figured I should, finally, actually do something to make it less of an epilepsy risk and general eye-strain, and this is the icon I've been using pretty much everywhere else. Username is probably next tbh

Yo, I don't have anything to say here, really, just felt weird leaving a journal entry from last year up, even into the middle of 2019, oops
Been busy busy busy with moving houses and a couple projects, both Danny Phantom related.

2018 Stuff!

Hey friends! Hope you all had happy holidays and a good new year! I made a total of ONE (1) journal entry last year lol, let's see what happens this year.
I FINALLY graduated college in December (WHOO) so I'm officially the owner of a shiny new BA in Art & Design! And a heck of a lot more free time, for the moment! And several thousand dollars of student debt! It feels so good tbh. The last few weeks were Absolute Chaos
I've been a complete lazy hermit the past couple of weeks but I'm starting to feel like an Actual Person again. Ready to start on projects and make some money and be my own person again for the first time in four years, haha.
Otherwise, I don't have much to say. Hopefully there'll be more art here and stuff again - maybe even comic stuff eventually! We'll see! 2018 has been off to a weird start but let's try to stay positive and strong and kick its ass!!! <3

Hello from your local hermitess

Last journal was full of holiday greetings, and I said I'd probably forget to update my journal for six months, and look at that - I did!
I have one more semester left of school and then I'll be an Official Artist with a bachelor's degree and everything! Wow!!! I also turn 26 this year and that's Wild.
I still have no real idea who even reads these anymore, if anyone.
In January I got a Cintiq, which is my baby and I love it very much <3
I start an internship at a hardware store (!) this month and I'm quite excited about it, should be super informative
Found a lot of super old fanfics that I password-protected? And I can't remember the passwords so I've been trying to hack into my own stuff (with very little success)
Not much has been happening on my end. Lots of school, lots of art, some commission stuff!! School is exhausting lol

Hey there, friends, if there are indeed any out there anymore. 
Just wanted to say happy holidays, and happy new year in advance, because I will probably forget to update my journal for another six months or so.
2016 has been tumultuous, for everybody I think. In just the last few months my family has had to put a beloved cat down, butted heads over politics and current events, I had my art stolen (There will be more info about this in the comments), got into a minor car accident, and finished my first semester of senior year with some very mixed feedback. I'm pretty ready for 2017, and I hope it's better than 2016 has been.
I don't think I have any resolutions, really. I have some aspirations/wishes I'd like to work towards, but nothing set in stone.
What about ya'll (If indeed, anyone even still reads these)?
